Tour Cancellation
If your tour or adventure is canceled for any reason (e.g., personal, weather conditions, flight cancellations, or disasters), the refund of advance, partial, or full payments will be processed after deducting:
- Non-Refundable Advance Expenses: Payments made for advance bookings of hotels and reserved vehicles, especially during peak seasons, are typically non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Service Charges (Up to 20%): A service charge will be deducted based on the time, effort, and resources utilized in planning and organizing the tour, including the opportunity cost incurred. This charge does not apply to payments made for domestic airfare.

Refunds for domestic airfare are subject to the airline's cancellation policy, which varies depending on the airline and destination.
Policy for Tour Amendments/Changes
Changes to Itinerary After Advance Payment
Any changes to the itinerary after advance payment (e.g., altering the number of days or destinations) will incur additional charges. A revised invoice will be provided promptly, and payment should be arranged by the guest at the earliest.
Changes to Itinerary During the Tour
Modifications made during the ongoing tour (e.g., adding or removing destinations or days) will also incur extra charges. Guests will receive an updated invoice, and payment must be made promptly.
Changes to Accommodation After Advance Payment
Adjustments to accommodation details after advance payment (e.g., changing reservation dates, hotels, room categories, or nights) will incur extra charges. The revised costs will be billed to the guest, and payment should be settled promptly.
Changes to Accommodation During the Tour
Accommodation changes during the tour (e.g., altering reservation dates, hotels, or room categories) will be subject to additional charges. Guests will receive an invoice for these adjustments, and payment should be made at the earliest.
Domestic Airfare Changes
Changes to domestic airfare are subject to the airline's policies, which vary by airline and destination.
Tour Postponements/Delays
If your tour or adventure is delayed or postponed (e.g., due to personal reasons, weather, flight cancellations, or disasters), the payments made (advance or full) will remain secure with Destination Pakistan. Guests must contact us to request a new quotation for rescheduling.
Note: Prices for services like hotels may vary between peak and non-peak seasons or due to annual price increases.
Refunds for postponed tours will be adjusted against the new quotation after deducting:
- Non-Refundable Advance Expenses: Payments made for advance hotel bookings and reserved vehicles are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Service Charges (Up to 15%): A fair service charge will apply based on the effort and resources used in organizing the original tour. This does not apply to payments for domestic airfare.
